G-LAB content is released in monthly modules and consists of live video chats with Nicole G., workshops, inspirational videos, done-for-you templates and resource lists. All of the interaction is online in The G-Lab members-only site. You can view the videos, connect with others, and discuss topics in our forum.

7 Foundational Pillars
Always show gratitude for your life, your accomplishments and your being. Too often we fail to appreciate the rhythm of life. How the earth's gravity allows us to enjoy the stars, the oceans and the oxygen we breathe without even lifting a finger. Expressing gratitude helps us remain centered in today and not constantly worrying about tomorrow.
You've heard the old saying, "Garbage in, garbage out." Feed your body good, clean, plant-based food and you will not only look great, but feel great too. And even shed a few pounds. Balance your diet to stay hydrated, nourished and feel good to the core.
Family, spirit and community are the first things that come to mind when we think about love. Heck, we may even think of our beloved car, job or pet. And we should strive to show and act loving to the things and people we say we love. But, this transformation to a happy, joyous life, requires loving yourself first. We have a lot of boxes to check everyday. Add a self-love box to the list.
Life is not about spending hours in the gym 7 days a week, unless of course you want to. For a healthy, youthful body, you must be active daily. Whether you're in the gym, or at the house, move your body, get your heart rate up and feel great everyday. Sedintary existence is linked to chronic diseases, so in order to live well and be well...MOVE YOUR BODY, EVERYDAY!
I believe that the greatest way to experience happiness is to practice balance and not extremism. We can not sacrifice love for money, success for family, health for vanity, etc. We must work hard towards balancing all things in life to feel at peace in our spirits. Meditation and journaling are some tools to help you restore and achieve balance.
Sure, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. However, the majority of us own a mirror and we want to behold a beautiful reflection. I know for sure when I look good, I feel better. It's not superficial to want to look and feel your best everyday. So do it. But also, find beauty everywhere. And don't forget to create beauty along the way too.
